  • Pest and Disease Control: Keep an eye out for common water lily pests like aphids or snails. These can be treated with appropriate organic or chemical controls, following manufacturer guidelines. Regularly inspect the leaves for signs of disease and take action as needed.

  • Winter Dormancy: In colder Indian regions, the Jack Wood water lily may enter a period of dormancy during winter. Reduce watering and fertilization during this time.
